Terms and Conditions in the Loan application:

• Program: This is an interest-free education loan for eligible nursing students, covering approved tuition/fees as per policy.
• Accuracy: All information and documents provided are true and complete. Any misrepresentation may result in rejection, cancellation, or recovery of funds.
• Approval: All applications are subject to eligibility, internal review, and verification. The organization reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
• Disbursement: Funds will be disbursed as per approved structure and subject to compliance with all requirements.
• Repayment: The loan shall be repaid in agreed installments after completion of the course/degree. Voucher Submission request.
• Academic Requirement: The student must remain enrolled and maintain satisfactory academic progress.
• Progress Submission: Semester results/transcripts must be submitted timely. Future disbursements are conditional upon review and approval of academic progress.
• Delays/Suspension: Failure to provide required documents or results may result in delay or suspension of disbursement.
• Guarantors: Guarantor details must be valid. Liability shall apply as per the loan agreement.
• Verification: The organization may request additional documents and conduct necessary checks at any stage.

• Data Use: Personal information may be collected and processed in accordance with applicable policies.
• Contact Information: The applicant must keep all contact details updated.
• Discontinuation: In case of withdrawal or discontinuation, the case will be handled as per policy, including possible repayment obligations.
